Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Paprika for garnish
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
- 400 g Canned chickpeas
- 1 Extra olive oil for drizzle
Instructions

Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and cumin in a food processor.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of reserved chickpea liquid to reach desired consistency.

Season with salt to taste. Blend until very smooth.

Transfer to a bowl. Make a swirl with a spoon.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika. Serve with pita bread.
