Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 200 g Hummus
  • 1 Tahini sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 100 g Pickled vegetables
  • 500 g Lamb leg steaks
  • 1 Fresh parsley and mint

Instructions

    Marinate lamb slices in olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, and turmeric.

    Cook lamb on a very hot grill pan for 2-3 minutes each side.

    Divide cooked rice between bowls.

    Top with grilled lamb, hummus, and pickled vegetables.

    Drizzle with tahini sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.
