Beef and Vegetable Samosas

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 300 g Beef mince
- 1 Fresh coriander
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Oil for frying
- 12 Spring roll wrappers
- 1 Salt to taste
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder

Cook beef mince with onion until browned. Add spices and cook 2 minutes.

Mix in potatoes, peas, and coriander. Season with salt. Let cool.

Cut spring roll wrappers in half. Fold into cone shapes.

Fill each cone with the beef mixture. Seal edges with water.

Deep fry at 180°C for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.

Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney.
