Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Pita breads
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Fresh mint
  • 100 g Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Sumac
  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil for dressing

Instructions

    Toss pita pieces with olive oil. Toast in a hot pan or oven until crispy.

    Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, mint, and parsley.

    Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and sumac for the dressing.

    Add crispy pita to the salad.

    Pour dressing over and toss well. Serve immediately.
