Grilled Chicken with Toum

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 4 Chicken leg quarters
- 8 cloves Garlic for toum
- 120 ml Vegetable oil for toum
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice for toum
- 1 pinch Salt for toum

Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 12-15 minutes each side until juices run clear.

For toum: blend garlic and salt in a processor. Slowly drizzle in oil while blending until thick and white.

Add lemon juice to toum and blend until smooth.

Serve grilled chicken with a generous spoonful of toum.
