Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 500 g Lamb mince
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Sumac
- 1 Flatbread for serving
- 1 Tahini sauce for serving
- 1 Sliced onion and tomato for serving
Instructions

Combine lamb mince with grated onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, and sumac.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Shape into elongated patties around metal skewers.

Grill on high heat for 4-5 minutes each side.

Serve with flatbread, tahini sauce, sliced onion, and tomato.
