Chicken Shawarma Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Cucumber
- 200 g Hummus
- 600 g Chicken thigh fillets
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 4 Wraps or flatbreads
- 100 g Pickled turnips
Instructions

Mix olive oil with cumin, coriander, turmeric, and paprika. Coat chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook chicken on a hot grill pan for 5-6 minutes each side until charred and cooked through.

Slice chicken into strips.

Warm the wraps. Spread hummus on each.

Layer chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled turnips, and parsley.

Roll up tightly and serve.
