Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 250 g Sour cream
- 100 g Raisins
- 500 g Wide egg noodles
- 250 g Cottage cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 23x33cm baking dish.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Beat eggs with sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Toss noodles with the egg mixture, melted butter, and raisins.

Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden on top and set.
