Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 200 g Breadcrumbs
  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Lemon wedges for serving
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

    Set up three shallow bowls: flour with garlic powder and paprika, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.

    Coat each piece in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumbs.

    Heat 1cm of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Fry schnitzels for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.

    Drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges.
