Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 500 g Lamb mince
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
- 8 Wooden skewers
- 1 Pita bread for serving
- 1 Hummus for serving
Instructions

Combine lamb mince, grated onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, and paprika in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Divide into 8 portions. Shape each around a skewer in an elongated shape.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill kofta for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through.

Serve with warm pita bread and hummus.
