Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 Steamed vegetables for serving

Instructions

    Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and parsley in a bowl.

    Place salmon in a dish and pour marinade over. Rest for 10 minutes.

    Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.

    Grill salmon skin-side down for 5 minutes. Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes.

    Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

    Serve with steamed vegetables and extra lemon wedges.
