- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1.5 kg Whole chicken
- 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 500 g Baby potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

Mix honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and paprika.

Place lemon quarters and rosemary inside the chicken cavity.

Brush the honey mixture over the entire chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange baby potatoes around the chicken in a roasting pan.

Roast for 90 minutes, basting every 30 minutes, until juices run clear.

Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
