Falafel with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 3 tablespoons Plain flour
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 30 g Fresh coriander
- 4 Pita breads
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Oil for frying
- 30 g Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 100 g Tahini
- 400 g Canned chickpeas
- 1 Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions

Process chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, and coriander powder in a food processor until coarsely ground.

Stir in flour. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Form into small patties. Deep-fry in oil at 180°C for 3-4 minutes until golden.

Mix tahini with lemon juice and a little water for the sauce.

Warm pita breads. Fill with falafel, lettuce, tomato, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
