Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 3 tablespoons Plain flour
- 4 Large potatoes
- 1 Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Sour cream for serving
- 1 Apple sauce for serving
Instructions

Squeeze excess moisture from grated potatoes and onion using a clean cloth.

Combine potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

Heat 1cm of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and flatten slightly.

Fry for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels. Serve with sour cream and apple sauce.
