Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Plant milk
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Berries
Instructions

In a jar or bowl, combine oats, plant milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds and vanilla.

Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

In the morning, stir and add a splash more milk if too thick.

Top with sliced banana, berries, a drizzle of peanut butter and granola.
