Vegan Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 2 Puff pastry
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Plant milk
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 400 g Chickpeas

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Mash chickpeas roughly. Mix with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, smoked paprika, soy sauce and nutritional yeast.

    Roll puff pastry out. Spoon filling along the centre of each sheet.

    Roll pastry over filling and seal edges with a fork. Cut into individual rolls.

    Brush with plant milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
