Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 cups Spinach
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 2 Tomatoes
- 400 g Baked beans
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 200 g Tofu
- 1 tsp Salt

Preheat grill. Halve tomatoes and mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil and season. Grill for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a pan with oil. Fry tofu slices until golden on both sides.

Toast bread and warm baked beans in a saucepan.

Cook spinach in a hot pan with a splash of water until just wilted.

Arrange everything on plates. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
