Ingredients

  • 3 Banana
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 cups Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Coconut oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.

    Mash bananas in a bowl. Add maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla.

    In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in walnuts.

    Pour into loaf tin and bake for 50-55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

    Cool in tin for 10 minutes before turning out.
