Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Block firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang

Instructions

    Coat tofu slices in cornstarch.

    Pan-fry until golden and crispy.

    Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil for sauce.

    Toss tofu in sauce and garnish with green onions.
