Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Short-grain rice

Instructions

    Rinse rice and soak for 30 min.

    Bring water to boil, add rice.

    Add vegetables and cook until soft.

    Season with soy sauce and salt.

    Serve warm.
