Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 cups Water
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Short-grain rice
Instructions

Rinse rice and soak for 30 min.

Bring water to boil, add rice.
