Ingredients

- 1/2 Cucumber
- 4 Ice cubes
- 2 cups Cold water
- 200 g Noodles
- 1 cup Soybeans
Instructions

Soak soybeans overnight and boil until tender.

Blend soybeans with cold water, strain.

Cook noodles, rinse in cold water.

Pour chilled soy milk over noodles.

Top with cucumber and ice cubes.
