Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • 200 g Noodles
  • 1 cup Soybeans

Instructions

    Soak soybeans overnight and boil until tender.

    Blend soybeans with cold water, strain.

  3. 3

    Cook noodles, rinse in cold water.

  4. 4

    Pour chilled soy milk over noodles.

  5. 5

    Top with cucumber and ice cubes.
