- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Sheets seaweed
- 2 Pickled radish strips

Sauté carrot and cucumber until tender.

Fry eggs into thin omelets, slice.

Place seaweed on mat, spread rice thinly.
