Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Sheets seaweed
  • 2 Pickled radish strips

Instructions

    Season rice with sesame oil and salt.

    Sauté carrot and cucumber until tender.

    Fry eggs into thin omelets, slice.

    Place seaweed on mat, spread rice thinly.

    Arrange fillings, roll tightly.

    Slice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
