Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Spinach
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 200 g Sweet potato noodles
Instructions

Cook noodles, rinse and set aside.

Sauté vegetables separately and set aside.

Fry eggs into thin omelets, slice.

Mix noodles with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil.

Add veggies and eggs, toss together.
