Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 300 g Rice cakes

Instructions

    Soak rice cakes in warm water for 10 min.

    Boil water, add gochujang, sugar, soy sauce.

    Add onion and carrot, simmer 3 min.

    Add rice cakes, cook until soft.

    Stir in green onions and serve.
