Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 cups Water
  • 200 g Pork belly
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 cups Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 Block tofu

Instructions

    Sauté pork in a pot until browned.

    Add kimchi and onion, cook 5 min.

  3. 3

    Pour in water, bring to boil.

  4. 4

    Add gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar.

  5. 5

    Add tofu, simmer 15 min.

  6. 6

    Top with green onions before serving.
