Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 cups Water
- 200 g Pork belly
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Green onions
- 2 cups Kimchi
- 1 tbsp Gochugaru
- 1 Block tofu
Instructions

Sauté pork in a pot until browned.

Add kimchi and onion, cook 5 min.

Pour in water, bring to boil.

Add gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar.

Add tofu, simmer 15 min.

Top with green onions before serving.
