Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 lb Beef sirloin
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.

    Marinate beef and vegetables in sauce for 30 min.

    Heat a pan and cook beef and veggies over high heat.

    Stir-fry until beef is cooked through.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
