Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 Seaweed sheets
  • 4 Strips pickled radish

Instructions

    Season rice with sesame oil.

    Lay seaweed, spread rice, and arrange veggies and avocado.

    Roll tightly and slice into pieces.

    Serve with soy sauce if desired.
