Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 cups Daikon radish

Instructions

    Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and turmeric.
