Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 Napa cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 cup Radish

Instructions

    Salt cabbage leaves and let sit for 2 hours.

    Rinse and drain cabbage.

    Mix radish, onions, gochugaru, garlic, and ginger.

    Coat cabbage with mixture.

    Pack into jar and ferment for 2 days before serving.
