Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Red bean paste
  • 2 cups Sweet rice flour

Instructions

    Mix rice flour, sugar, and salt.

    Add water and stir until smooth.

    Pour half into a steamer, add red bean paste, top with remaining mixture.

    Steam for 25 minutes until set.
