Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 100 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 200 g Sweet potato noodles

Instructions

    Cook noodles, drain, and set aside.

    Stir-fry all vegetables with sesame oil.

    Add noodles and soy sauce, toss to mix.

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
