Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 cup Sautéed mushrooms

Instructions

    Blanch spinach and bean sprouts.

    Sauté mushrooms, carrot, and zucchini separately.

    Arrange veggies over rice in bowls.
