Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang

Instructions

    Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté kimchi.

    Add rice, gochujang, and soy sauce; stir-fry.

    Push rice aside, scramble eggs, then mix in.

    Top with green onions and serve.
