Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 Small onion
- 1 tbsp Gochugaru
- 1 Pack soft tofu
Instructions

In a pot, sauté onions and garlic.

Add mushrooms and zucchini; cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in broth and bring to boil.

Add tofu and simmer gently.

Stir in gochugaru and soy sauce; cook for 5 minutes.
