Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 200 g Sweet potato noodles

Instructions

    Cook noodles, drain and set aside.

    Stir-fry vegetables in sesame oil until tender.

    Add noodles and soy sauce; toss to combine.

    Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes and serve.
