Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 cup Spinach
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 200 g Sweet potato noodles
Instructions

Cook noodles, drain and set aside.

Stir-fry vegetables in sesame oil until tender.

Add noodles and soy sauce; toss to combine.
