Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 Garlic
  • 200 g Pork belly
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 Block tofu

Instructions

    In a pot, sauté pork belly and onions.

    Add kimchi and cook for 5 minutes.

    Pour in water and bring to boil.

    Add tofu, gochugaru, soy sauce, and garlic.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 20 minutes and serve hot.
