Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 300 g Beef brisket
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Gochugaru

Instructions

    Boil beef brisket in water, shred meat.

    Add bean sprouts, onion, gochugaru, soy sauce.

    Simmer 20 min.

    Add green onions before serving.
