Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 200 g Tofu
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru

Instructions

    Combine kimchi, onion, broth in pot, bring to boil.

    Add tofu, gochugaru, soy sauce.

    Simmer 15 min.

    Serve hot.
