Korean Spicy Tofu Stew (Sundubu Jjigae)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru

Instructions

    Bring broth to boil with onion, zucchini.

    Add gochugaru and soy sauce.

    Gently add tofu, simmer 5 min.

    Garnish with green onions.
