Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Potato
  • 250 g Wheat noodles
  • 1/2 cup Korean black bean paste

Instructions

    Cook noodles, set aside.

    Sauté vegetables in oil, add black bean paste and sugar.

    Add 1/2 cup water, simmer 5 min.

    Pour sauce over noodles.
