Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 500 g Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1/4 cup Rice syrup

Instructions

    Coat chicken in flour and cornstarch.

    Deep fry chicken until golden, drain.

    Mix soy sauce, rice syrup, gochujang for sauce.

    Toss fried chicken in sauce.
