Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup Assorted vegetables (spinach
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang

Instructions

    Blanch/sauté vegetables and mushrooms separately.

    Arrange rice in bowls, top with vegetables, mushrooms, fried egg.

    Drizzle sesame oil.

    Serve with gochujang.
