Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Flour
- 8 Scallions
Instructions

Mix flour, water, egg, salt to make batter.

Heat oil in pan, arrange scallions, pour batter.
