Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sweet rice

Instructions

    Boil pumpkin in water until soft.

    Mash pumpkin, add sweet rice.

    Simmer 20 min, stir often.

    Add sugar and salt, serve warm.
