Ingredients

  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Soft tofu
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru

Instructions

    Bring broth to boil with onion, zucchini.

    Add chili flakes and soy sauce.

    Gently add tofu, cook 5 min.

  4. 4

    Garnish with green onions before serving.
