Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Small carrot
  • 2 cups Cooked short grain rice
  • 4 Sheets roasted seaweed

Instructions

    Season rice with sesame oil.

    Cook eggs as thin omelette, slice.

    Sauté carrot and cucumber lightly.

    Layer rice and fillings on seaweed, roll, and slice.
