Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Small carrot

Instructions

    Beat eggs and mix with cabbage and carrot.

    Heat butter in skillet and cook egg mixture into a patty.
