Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 400 ml Water
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 10 g Agar agar powder

Instructions

    Dissolve agar agar in water, bring to boil.

    Add sugar and salt, simmer 5 min.

    Stir in coconut milk.

    Pour into molds, cool until set.
