Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 200 g Eggless wheat noodles

Instructions

    Slice vegetables, cube tofu.

    Stir-fry garlic, tofu, and vegetables in sesame oil.
