Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 Tomatoes
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 1 Fresh herbs
- 1 Bean sprouts
- 200 g Rice vermicelli
- 1 tbsp Fermented bean paste
Instructions

Fry tofu, set aside.

Sauté onion and tomatoes, add bean paste.

Add 1.5L water, simmer 10 min.

Add tofu, season with soy sauce.

Cook noodles, place in bowls.

Ladle soup over noodles, garnish with herbs and sprouts.
